These reports outline the history of the Center for Computational Science and Engineering at UC Davis. The initial vision of CSE at UC Davis was outlined in a report known as the Keizer Report that was completed on June 10, 1999 by a committee that was chaired by Joel Keizer, then the founding Director of the Institute of Theoretical Dynamics (ITD).
